Had a service appointment for 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:15 and the car was not ready until 3:10 pm.I had a illuminated front bow tie installed when I bought the part it come a with the front I arrived at 12:15 and the car was not ready until 3:10 pm.I had a illuminated front bow tie installed when I bought the part it come a with the front and back bow tie. Score I left had to ask for the extra bow ties back which should have been place in the box the new one came with and handed to me..Didn’t appreciate how long the installation took and they didn’t return the parts that I paid for.
