48k miles service w/no appt Showed up with no appointment for our 2014 CRV. Robert called when vehicle was ready and suggested wiper blades needed replacing. Recommended Service I went in for an oil change and a few other items cropped up that needed immediate attention. Everything was explained to me and the repairs were pro I went in for an oil change and a few other items cropped up that needed immediate attention. Everything was explained to me and the repairs were promptly performed that day. With free Wi-Fi I was able to binge watch my favorite show and enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting. More

Service dept - oil change Rob always does a great job! We dropped off our vehicle, advised what we needed done and left. Once our vehicle was ready we were notified and every Rob always does a great job! We dropped off our vehicle, advised what we needed done and left. Couldn't be Happier! As usual when I visit 'My' Honda dealership, I was greeted warmly and treated with the utmost respect by every person who was wearing a Honda shirt. As usual when I visit 'My' Honda dealership, I was greeted warmly and treated with the utmost respect by every person who was wearing a Honda shirt. I have worked with several service advisors over the past 10 years and I have been thrilled to bring my Honda back to Arrowhead at every opportunity! This visit, I was lucky enough to meet a new Customer Relations Specialist - Ms. Jill Chafitz. Ms. Chafitz helped me through my ordeal, even going so far as to walk throughout the dealership so that my needs would be met to my satisfaction. There is NO better car dealership, in my opinion, than Arrowhead Honda! More
