Robert was great to work with. I was nervous going in but Robert made me feel comfortable very quickly. He was very calm and even in temperament which is exactly what I needed. I did not want an over-zealous stereotypical car salesman and would have ran away very quickly if that's the type of service I would have received. Robert never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. He explained everything and let me ask many questions. Overall my experience was great, relaxed and easy. I really appreciate the time Robert took to work with me. And I have already told several of my friends that they need to ask for Robert Saintsing when they visit Vann York! And I LOVE my car!!!!!! My husband and I recently bought a Pilot from Jim Budusky at Vann York. He was a pleasure to work with. He took time to show us all the features on the car so that we were comfortable with it as we left. We at Vann York. He was a pleasure to work with. We feel he truly wants us happy with our new car and he said numerous times to call if we have any questions or need help in the future. Robert Saintsing also helped us when Jim Budusky wasn't available and they both stayed after hours to help us the night we bought the car. We are very appreciative to both of them. Two family members also bought cars from Jim Budusky and had very pleasant experiences. We would all go back again in the future. More
