Waited 6 months to write this I waited to write this review to see how my truck did. When I first bought my 09 Nissan Titan from Absolute I had to bring it back 9 times for repairs I waited to write this review to see how my truck did. When I first bought my 09 Nissan Titan from Absolute I had to bring it back 9 times for repairs. Each time I found an issue Absolute fixed it without question. Truck has been running great. Absolute truly stands behind there vehicles and would recommend anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle. More

Happy customer! Upon first impression at Absolute, I like that I was able to freely just browse without someone jumping down my throat. That being said, they gave me NO pressure to buy a car. It's not a good look when a dealership seems desperate for my business (ahem Midway). I also was impressed that each car was squeaky clean detailed PRIOR to test driving. I got a great deal for a 2014 Ford Escape, something I never thought would be in my price range at the moment. A few weeks later, I returned with a key issue. I was only sold one key when I bought the car (technically not their fault-they were also only sold one key from the auction). However, on the dash, it said that there was a second key floating around somewhere. Normally I wouldn't care about having a second key, but my issue was that I had my car stuck on the "my key" parental control setting and NEEDED an admin key to shut it off. I researched the issue and found that other people were forced to pay $300+ out of pocket when going back to their dealer with this issue, so that's what I was expecting. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to pay for me to go to a specialist and get a new key programmed! I do have one critique. I had called about this issue about one week after purchasing the car, and Lisa answered the phone. She definitely doesn't have the most friendly tone, to be honest. I felt more welcomed by the gentleman. All in all, great service and will be back to the shop for my car maintenance. More

My credit isn't in the best shape so when I offered a cash offer lower than their sticker price I was surprised and glad that they accepted. But that's not where the awesome customer service ended because after I drove my new car for a couple of days the sunroof had malfunctioned and I was able to bring it in to be repaired that very weekend. Not only is the car all that they advertised and more, I can not wait to purchase my next vehicle from them More

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I cannot recommend this business enough for both sales and service. I recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey from them, fair price, below market value. Found some small issues with the car that were IMMEDIATELY dealt with. Got me right in, at no charge, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was extremely happy with both car and service, which I was. Robert, Will, Mark, Lisa, Nick.. just to name a few, were FANTASTIC, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Will never go anywhere else for a car purchase and service. So far from me, but worth the drive. Can't go wrong with these guys!!!! More

Excellent service Everyone at absolute was extremely helpful and friendly. I went with a car in mind and drove home in that car the next day. I had a past repossession Everyone at absolute was extremely helpful and friendly. I went with a car in mind and drove home in that car the next day. I had a past repossession and bad credit. Other dealerships I went to tried to sell me poor quality cars with expensive warranties claiming it was required. I went to absolute with a specific car in mind, told them about my past repo and bad credit and they had me fill out some forms to apply for the loan. Other dealerships normally do this back and forth and make you wait for hours to hear anything. Mark took my application and gave me the option to leave and not wait around to hear from the bank. I went home and he let me know within the hour that I had been approved, went back the next day and the price was as discussed, no surprise fees or anything. Everyone at the dealership introduced themselves and we're extremely friendly the whole time. I signed off and drove my new car home. The car was priced way below blue book value and in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent and I'm definitely happy about getting half off parts and service for the life of this car. I have already been recommending this place to everyone and will continue to do so! More

Absolutely THE BEST I purchased a Hyundai from Absolute about 4 months ago & loved the little car. Unfortunately, a few nights ago I hit some black ice & I purchased a Hyundai from Absolute about 4 months ago & loved the little car. Unfortunately, a few nights ago I hit some black ice & slammed into a telephone pole & the car was totalled & had to be junked. I needed another car right away & looked around & went to a few that I saw online, a couple some friends recommended & a few other used car lots but didn't find anything we felt comfortable buying. My wife had been very happy with the buying experience we had at Absolute & I kicked myself for not thinking about going there first when she mentioned it. They have a staff of 5 or 6 well qualified mechanics that go through every car that comes in from bumper to bumper making sure the car goes on the lot as good or even better than new. We ended up buying a Toyota Corolla & are very happy with the price & confident in the safety & reliability of the vehicle. Mark, Rob & the entire staff at Absolute strive for excellence & a good reputation & achieve it. I would recommend them as hands down the Absolute best & most honest used car dealers!! More
