The wheel alignment courtesy inspection that’s performed when checking in for service is a scam. They claimed the wheel alignment on my brand new vehicle was off by a lot! I declined the $120 service and went to a local Mr. Tire. They put my vehicle on the alignment rack and it turned out it was only off by a minuscule amount. They corrected it for a fraction of the price too!
