Rob was very professional throughout the process and I would definitely buy from him again. The car I bought had a few issues that weren't readily apparent from the initial test drive. After some back and would definitely buy from him again. The car I bought had a few issues that weren't readily apparent from the initial test drive. After some back and forth, management at Jaguar eventually made it right. Title took a while to sort out but that also was eventually made right by Jaguar. Five stars because even though the process wasn't as smooth as it could have been, it ended up with a satisfactory result. Absolutely none of the speedbumps were due to Rob, who was wonderful throughout the process. More

The minute we shook Robs hand and started chatting, we knew we had met a great guy. He was not pushy and let us lead the way with our schedule to set up a time to meet with him. I bought the car Site unseen from Chicago & Robert was very helpful with sending me video of car and dropping it off down the street to get inspected by an independent mechanic, and after they found a few very helpful with sending me video of car and dropping it off down the street to get inspected by an independent mechanic, and after they found a few things wrong and Robert made sure, he got repaired by their dealership. It was a fun ride back to Chicago until cold weather Thanks again Robert for all your help !!! More
