DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI, ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They sold us a lemon and refuse to make it right. They have had our car for over 8 weeks and it’s still not fixed. We have had to call them every time we have received any updates. We get a different story about what is going on each time we speak to them. Two weeks ago we were given the Hyundai buyback number from them and they refuse to have anyone call us back, also. So this week when we called to speak to the GM we were told just to come pick our car up even though it’s not fixed and the issue with the car is a huge safety concern as the screen goes black that gives the driver information such as MPH, etc. My husband spoke to the GM today and he completely blew him off. My husband is a disabled veteran with a special tag that we’ve done without for over 8 weeks now and they could care less. We’ve had to continue to make payments on the Santa Fe calligraphy hybrid while driving an SE gas and no offer for any compensation. We have now hired an attorney to settle the matter since this dealership doesn’t care about their customers even a disabled veteran!! More

While I was in the dealership it was great and my salesman did a fantastic job even after I purchased my car. After that it was terrible. I had some issues with my car within a week of driving it. I brought it back and Matt did a great job taking care of me in the dealer. They gave me a loaner and told me they would keep me updated. A week went by and heard from no one. I called to follow up twice and got the run around. Again called Brad he got me an update. They ended up having my car for 2 weeks and didn’t fix anything!! They said there were no broken parts to fix. You took 2 weeks to tell me that with no follow up!!! Than Robert saw one of the issues happen then try to say it was because the key wasn’t close enough what a joke that was. Worst of all I asked to speak to the GM of the dealer on 4 separate occasions and I even told them I would schedule and appointment to talk to him because I’m sure he’s busy, but no call from him at all. More
