Mr Roberts has been almost like an uncle or brother in helping my mother in getting great used car after my dad passed. one of her 1st vehicl 5years. When we decided this was the car for us he made the whole buying process very painless. We actually enjoyed this buying experience with Robert. Once all the papers were signed Robert took the time to introduce us to the various options on our car which he didn't have to do but we really appreciated him taking his time with us after the sale was finished.
