New Macan purchase Robert Vitalis was my salesman. He had car ready and the finance lady (sorry, I can't remember her name, but I think it was Tiffany (due to the virus, Robert Vitalis was my salesman. He had car ready and the finance lady (sorry, I can't remember her name, but I think it was Tiffany (due to the virus, everyone was wearing masks)) had all the paperwork ready. It took me less than an hour from the time I walked in until I drove away. This is the second car I have purchased from Robert and both experiences were excellent. More

Given the situation with Covid, we made the entire transaction online and over the phone (I did not see them face to face even once) and Robert couldn't have made it easier. Robert was very transparent through the process and worked with me to make sure I could find the car exactly how I wanted. He helped make my decision very stress free. Tiffany was also very responsive and helpful to make sure our deal closed without any issues. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership to considering a Porsche. More

This is my third Cayanne S. I jokingly told my salesperson, Robert Vitalis that I was a poster child for the Porsche brand. After my 1st lease was up I tried to go to another br I jokingly told my salesperson, Robert Vitalis that I was a poster child for the Porsche brand. After my 1st lease was up I tried to go to another brand (I had been with BMW since '99) but nothing could compare. I drive alot for work and the comfort & luxury combined with the handling could not be beat. It seems as if Porsche put the best of all worlds behind one wheel. No need to worry about snow any more on our long drive way as the Cayanne S plows right through. I couldn't be happier. I was treated with respect and care by Robert Vitalis and the Porsche team. I was especially excited to see so may female employees in key rolls. It typically is such a "guy thing". As the owner of my own business I know how to treat my clients and Porsche of Princeton gets that too! High level of client service. BRAVO! PS. Please bring back the all tan interior. More

Excellent Experience I have always bought used vehicles, and have always paid them off in full then and there, so the traditional car buying experience is something alien I have always bought used vehicles, and have always paid them off in full then and there, so the traditional car buying experience is something alien and a little overwhelming to me. I did my research for ~1 year-ish on Porsche models, specifically the 2017 Cayenne Hybrid and went in to test drive several different new and used Cayenne's for about a month, at Porsche of Princeton. Every time I went to test drive or just ask questions, everyone in the dealership was kind, welcoming, but not overbearing and just let us poke our heads around or in the vehicles. It was great! Then, we came in one more time to test drive the Cayenne Hybrid and after that test drive, and getting to know our car buying interests (nothing too prying, really just chit chat during the drive, super relaxed), they asked if we'd be interested test driving a Macan GTS (my husband mentioned that he really liked the look of them). We said, "what the heck, why not?" since it was cheaper and had just as much space as the Cayenne...Boy are we glad we did. The salesman didn't even have to try and sell us the specs, he just directed us on the best roads around the area to show off the car's prowess, and just let us enjoy the drive, and what a drive it was. It made driving more than just getting from A to B, it made it FUN, and something you day dream about. To say that these dealers know their customers, and can tell what car fits their personality and lifestyle is an understatement. And for someone like myself who has never gone through the traditional car buying experience of getting your credit checked and finding a bank and a loan, etc., the process was easy with this dealership and they didn't try and nickel and dime you, if anything they tried to tell you as many deals as they could to save you the most money. And after everything was said and done, they did a great walkthrough of the car for the important features (great for me since I had a car from 2008 that has none of modern day technology...) The whole experience was great. More

Out of State Purchase I found Porsche of Princeton while doing an online search for a specific color combination that no one else in the region had (white with a blue top). I teamed up with Robert Vitalis who acted as my sales contact and connoisseur of all things Porsche. He walked me through the process, different options available to me, and even acted as my on-site eyes while I was deciding on the purchase. In short, he made the process seamless and really put me at ease while trying to make the all important decision. I really felt like we were acting as a team to find the best car for me, and Robert was integral to this. I ended up purchasing the car without even seeing it, we did the paperwork via Fed-Ex, and when complete, I flew into the dealership to pick up my car and drive it home. Thank You So Much. More

I know perfunctoriness , failure to 'walk the talk' well and I have limited patience for them. I expect customer service from businesses I deal with to be honest, trustworthy, deliver on what they say/promise...no significant surprises. Most people with average intelligence can today easily vet car dealerships and their employees plus there are multiple common sense metrics that can be utilized. I'm very pleased to say that Porsche of Princeton exceeded all my expectations at every level. I can easily opine looking back that I would do the exact same thing with Porsche of Princeton again..........buy my volcano grey 2017 Macan S from them w/o hesitation. More
