We saw it and we were going to buy and put down a deposit. However when we were at the dealership, I saw the new 428i convertible and liked it. He was totally professional and informative to help us make a sound decision. He made a great effort getting us a BMW genius to show us how the car would look in the color combination we wanted even though it was very late in the day. I am sure Robert is never going to forget me and our experience of finally closing on this out of state delivery. He was very professional, better than a regular salesman, courteous and 'very' careful and took time of his work and also on his day's off to follow up (very religiously! - this something you hardly find in most the younger salesmen out there) to get all the necessary information. He is a great guy to work with and astoundingly dedicated to his customer "Care". answered all questions, if he did not know, he would get the answers for me. I would recommend him to my friends and colleagues. Overall experience of purchasing the SUV was great. this dealership is the place to buy your BMW at amazing prices. More

What I found was the exact opposite. It seemed that the great service and communication I received on the prior purchase was trumped this time. Several follow up calls, some on his day off, attempting to locate the exact car we were looking for. Follow up calls after delivery only added to his already stellar sales work. Robert is not only professional, he actually cares and it shows in his work ethic. Great buying experience would recommend highly. More
