I was very pleased with both the responsiveness of Robert and the dealership. Things on Subaru's end did not go smoothly but the dealership made things work and we love our new car. I was pleased with the entire process from the dealer end of the purchase. Even though Subaru had problems with the carrier damaging our first car and then not having the same options on second the dealer wo of the purchase.
