My name is Robert been in the car business for over 20 years. Started my career as a mechanic 4 years. Then to a lead rep for Wheels incorporated. Where I was in charge of corporate fleet vehicles and insuring our clients are not getting ripped off at the service shops. Then became an owner of 2 hand car washes. We grew to the point of being open 24 hours. Dealing with dealerships all over the Chicagoland area. Then was given a job offer at The Bentley Store in Downers Grove. Was a salesmen for 6 years then grew to a Manager of two other stores owned by that same owner selling high line. Moved on to another store Chicago Toy Store and now here for the Chicago Auto Place. Love what I do. Meeting new people and helping them get in the car they want is a great feeling.

PURCHASE OF A 2004 MAYBACH - "LEMON" THIS STORE IS AS CLOSE TO A CRIMINAL ENTERPRIZE AS A CAR STORE CAN BE WITHOUT BEING SHUTDOWN FOR FRAUD. I PURCHASED THE MAYBACH - DELIVERY WAS SCREWE THIS STORE IS AS CLOSE TO A CRIMINAL ENTERPRIZE AS A CAR STORE CAN BE WITHOUT BEING SHUTDOWN FOR FRAUD. I PURCHASED THE MAYBACH - DELIVERY WAS SCREWED UP AND CAR WAS FILTHY WWHEN DELIVERED. BOTH BATTERIES WENT DEAD AND A NUMBER OF INTERIOR ITEMS FELL OFF. I WAS CHARGED OVER $1750.OO FOR REGISTRATION IN THE WRONG STATE AND NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND - CHICAGO AUTO PLACE POCKETED THE FUNDS. TRIED TO FIND AN ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT ME BUT THE CHARGES WERE MORE THAN THE DAMAGES I KNEW OF AT THAT TIME. LATER FOUND OUT ALL FOUR RIMS WERE DENTED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW TIRES....COST OF $5000 ADDITIONAL. THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS FROM ME OR MY LENDER - HAVE HAD TO JUNK THE CAR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE TO GET THE CUSTOMER'S FUNDS!! More

I came on an awful bad weather day and he was very helpful with letting me see and drive the car. I came back after the holidays and we were able to spend some time working out a good deal on the car. They have some really sharp cars there. I've been staying away from dealerships for the last 24 years and I would be glad to work with Rob again in the future. If you do nothing else stop by the showroom, they have an amazing car selection with cars you often never get to see. It will be worth the trip. More

Dishonest I purchased my car via the internet and phone conversations without actually seeing it in person prior to purchase. The car was just as described. No problem with the actual car, the problem came when I was promised by my salesman on a a phone conversation and an actual email sent to me, and by the manager, that there were two keys for the car. When the car was delivered, there was only one key! After several phone calls and emails to both my salesman and the manager, and after several promises from both, it is now two years later and still no second key. I have purchased several high end cars in my life and was never treated so shabbily. I would never purchase another car from them...EVER! More

Robert Weinberg was the sales associate I worked with and he made sure that all my questions were answered and anything that I was concerned about, he made sure that it was taken care of. He has raised the bar on what I expect from a sales associate in the future. He treated me with respect and dignity and made sure I left with a smile on my face. I was never hassled or given the run around. Robert is a credit to the dealership and from a personal standpoint, earned all my respect. He made sure I understood all the paperwork I was signing and even explained certain laws that were to my benefit that I didn't know about. I appreciate the honesty, the integrity and the respect! I'll definitely be looking at this dealership for any future purchases and hopefully Robert will still be there! More

Great experience I saw a subaru outback on autotrader that I loved and went to see it at Chicago Auto Place. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind. We were shown the vehicle by Rob and he was very knowledgeable and made the whole process quick and easy! They put new tires on my car for safety and addressed any issues I had. Overall, it was the best dealership experience I've ever had. This is my third subaru outback purchase and by far the best! Thank you Rob and Chicago Auto Place! More
