On February 17, 2014 I called Robert Williams to express my dissatisfaction of a NEW 2012 Lexus LS 460 that I purchased on March of 2013. He was so overwhelmed with my rapid fire negative comments, he expr my dissatisfaction of a NEW 2012 Lexus LS 460 that I purchased on March of 2013. He was so overwhelmed with my rapid fire negative comments, he expressed apologies galore in such a professional calming demeanor that I ended up giving him a deposit on a new 2014 LS 460. WOW! Imagine in my frame of mine, buying a new car on the phone without even seeing it, well that sale was consumated when he said "Titus, this car is sitting in the show room and is as clean as a whistle". We were having our car serviced and went into the showroom just to look at the newer vehicles when Robert Williams walked up to us and asked if we needed any help? To our surprise when we sat down to showroom just to look at the newer vehicles when Robert Williams walked up to us and asked if we needed any help? To our surprise when we sat down to talk to him they had just received a shipment of new 2014 Lexus 350's and had the color that we really liked available. We were going to wait until the end of the year, but when we heard this from Robert we were amazed at all of the new features that were in the 2014 models. Robert worked very hard to get us the best deal possible that could work within our budget. He transferred the plates, made sure car the was cleaned, had a full tank of gas and that all of our possessions in our car were transferred into our new vehicle (In the freezing cold). Plus he was very knowledgeable about all the new features of the 2014 models and went through every one of them with us. Love that they have the blind spot lights in the mirrors, automatic lights at night and are compatible with my I phone. He was such a pleasure and made our experience very enjoyable. Thank you so much Robert. I'm sure we will enjoy our new vehicle for years to come. More

Robert gave no pressure in our talking about figures, he continually made me feel comfortable and he worked with me. The next day I brought my son and husband along to finish everything and much to my surprise it was all set. He went over every bell and whistle my car has to offer with all three of us. I have never dealt with such a friendly, professional and down to earth sales man.
