I have owned five M/B and my last two new purchases were Lexus, however, I was prepared to switch back to M/B due to my dissatisfaction with service over the past two years. Robert Williams has convinced m Lexus, however, I was prepared to switch back to M/B due to my dissatisfaction with service over the past two years. Robert Williams has convinced me to try Lexus one more time, guaranteeing me total satisfaction. He went out of his was already to explain every little detail of the Lexus Dashboard, Steering Wheel, Blue Tooth , GPS that was not previously explained in such detail and therefore never used. What was originally a visit to the service department for an oil change on my 162,000 mile RX330 lead to my first vehicle purchase. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle but the price and low mileage an oil change on my 162,000 mile RX330 lead to my first vehicle purchase. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle but the price and low mileage of a certified pre-owned RX 350 immediately caught my eye. Because I had no intention of making a purchase in the near future I had not done my “homework” on what the RX350 was worth, what my current cars value was or what I could afford. Rob was understanding and patient as I worked through the numbers. I did not feel pressured by Rob or the dealership to commit to a number I was not comfortable with. I needed to register my vehicle out of state. Rob and his team did a great job getting the necessary paperwork completed to get my registration and new plates sent from Pennsylvania. Rob took the time to help explain all the features of the new vehicle even setting up my Bluetooth presets for my cell phone. I know I can call Rob at any time and he would jump through hoops to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. More

It is with great pleasure that I write this review on my recent experience at Herb Chambers Lexus. When I first visited the dealership, I was greeted by the Sales Manager, Scott Brothers, who was gracious recent experience at Herb Chambers Lexus. When I first visited the dealership, I was greeted by the Sales Manager, Scott Brothers, who was gracious and professional. Mr. Brothers introduced me to Robert Williams who handled the sale. Rob was a delight to work with and made my experience in purchasing a new vehicle relaxing and rewarding. At no time did I feel pressure as I have experienced at other dealerships. I enjoyed the atmosphere at Herb Chambers and friendliness exhibited by Rob as well as everyone! Rob was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He went beyond the call of duty in introducing me to my new car. Rob provided a tour of the dealership and introduced me to many of the employees. My husband and I purchase a new car every two to three years. We have never purchased a Lexus and decided it was time to give it a try. From the moment we walked into the beautiful showroom we were made years. We have never purchased a Lexus and decided it was time to give it a try. From the moment we walked into the beautiful showroom we were made very welcome and not pressed to make a purchase. Rob Williams took us to his office and got to know us better. Asking our likes in a car and got to know just what we were looking for. We narrowed it down to the FX450h hybrid. He got the price we had in mind without all the going back and forth from manager to salesman which is usually quite anoying. After making the purchase he then proceeded to set up all the Navagation features and linking iphone to the car. Then going over all the features making sure we understood them. He worked with us all day and even showed us around the service department (which is quite impressive)introducing us to everyone. We felt like family. We look forward to a long working relationship with the people at Herb Cchamber Lexus. More

My first Lexus purchase was also my first experience with Herb Chambers Lexus. My experience with Robert Williams and Scott Brothers was not what I have always perceived of a car "salesman". The whole transaction from start to closing was very professional and, most important to me, very relaxed. All conversations took place at Rob's desk - no behind the scenes negotiating. When I took delivery of my vehicle, Rob was very patient and thoroughly explained all of the systems to me - sometimes twice! I had an issue trying to link my garage door opener to the automobile remote and Rob came right to my driveway to make it happen. I view both Scott and Rob as new friends and when I'm ready to trade or refer, they are the fellows I will call. Everyone from the front reception area to the service area has been a pleasure to work with and I am happy to reflect that in my rating. More

Robert is my kind of guy. He gave me his complete attention, did not push any agenda and was just there to meet my needs. When I am in the market in a few years for another car, it will be another Le attention, did not push any agenda and was just there to meet my needs. He is friendly, genuine, knowledgeable about the product and does not force any conclusions. When you are ready to make a decision, he is there to work for you.
