I recently leased a 2011 Lexus ES 350 through Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon, Ma. Robert is an exceptional sales person who we have great history with and who we knew would deliver to us exceptional service. He did not disappoint with the sales/delivery of our 2011 Lexus ES 350 which we are extremely happy with. I trade cars every two years, so I have dealt with a lot of dealers. I went on line and the H. Chambers dealership got back to me promptly. I was please from the minute I walked in the door, they were courteous and treated me very well. The entire purchase was handled without a problem and throughout the purchase I felt very comfortable. As I said I purchase cars every two years and I have never had the courtesy and service that was given to me at Herb Chambers. The salesperson( Robert Williams) was great to deal with and made me feel very comfortable. Although it is quite a trip from my home, I will go back when it is time for another vehicle. As you can see from my rating I was very pleased from purchase to financing. These are great people to deal with, Keep up the good work, you made buying a car a pleasure instead of a chore. More

As a second time buyer with Herb Chambers, we were confident that they would give us the best price once again. And they did! Robert Williams was wonderful, treating me as if I was his daughter and m confident that they would give us the best price once again. And they did! When I walked into the door on a Sunday night an hour before closing time, a salesman by the name of Robert Williams approached my family and I very welcoming. He asked us what we were looking for and price range. I picked the Lexus is250 and Robert showed me a few options. Robert was very knowledge about his cars, knew what I wanted in a car. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the sale and answered all the questions we had. Everything was a delight with this salesman from the beginning to the end. Great Job! More

I went to Herb Chambers Lexus to test drive an SUV.Upon arrival, I was introduced to Robert Williams. After writing down my preferences, he showed me the features of the vehicle I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. He then looked through their inventory to find one with the options and colors I wanted. He was very accommodating, so much that he brought out the SUV in both of the colors that I was interested in, just so I could see what they looked like in person. After I chose the color I liked best, we went for a test drive. During the drive he answered more of my questions. I left there and went home to make a decision (as I was looking into other makes as well). Once I decided on the Lexus, I called Rob back and we came to an agreement on pricing. The day I went in to sign paperwork, Rob was very accommodating. He stayed late that evening just for us. The day we picked up the vehicle, Rob was once again great. He showed my husband and me all the vehicle’s features and helped us link our phones & audio. He also gave us a tour of the service dept. We left there very happy and would definitely recommend Rob Williams to our friends and family. More

A few months ago my wife decided we had to visit a Lexus dealer as our BMW lease was almost finished. We have several friends who drive a Lexus and they rave about their cars. So off we went to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon, 25 miles from our house. I had bought two other cars from a Herb Chambers dealership and thought we were always treated fairly. Hen we arrivewd we met Robert Williams whose friendliness and upbeat customer service attitude demonstrated his commitment to ensure a five star overall experience. He was easy to work with and we soon identified the exact car my wife wanted! She was happy (and I was happy!). Robert walked us through all the paperwork and took all the tension out of buying a car. Bravo, Robert! I recently needed another car and Robert was my first call. In no time, he found the used car I wanted and we had a deal! Once again he was a star and the dealership strives to meet the customer's needs in ever way...even the sandwiches they serve are tasty! I will certainly recommend Robert and this dealership to any of my friends looking for new vehicles. More

It was a busy afternoon with the finance dept. but Rob informed us of that and kept us posted as to how much longer it would be. We were kept very comfortable in the cafe. The day we picked up my car my husband and I were given a tour of the maintenance department which impressed us ever so much.
