Bob was fantastic to work with, charismatic, relatable, and witty, but most importantly, no-nonsense and not pushy at all. He really knows his cars, was insightful throughout the process, and worked with us to stay within our budget while still getting us a great deal. The transaction was impressively fast! I walked in at 9:30 AM and was out the door by 11:30 AM, which I truly appreciated. Frank, the general manager, was also great to work with. He was very responsive via email, transparent, and straightforward, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was another excellent experience with Wilkins Mazda.
