Sales individuals were knowledgeable, interested in getting me the best price possible and taking care of me so that I was happy with my purchase. The entire staff were pleasant and helpful. Clint was extremely helpful and very informative. He assisted me with my vehicle purchase even while being scheduled off of work. Robert kept me informed of or extremely helpful and very informative. He assisted me with my vehicle purchase even while being scheduled off of work. Robert kept me informed of ordered accessories weekly and also maintained contact even while being scheduled off of work. What I've learned from these guys is that they would go out of their way to make a customer feel at ease and happy with their purchase. I WOULD MOST CERTAINLY RECOMMEND FAIR OAKS FORD TO EVERYONE! BTW, I LOVE MY NEW F-150! More
