Best customer service I have ever experienced I took my 2007 trailblazer in because the A/C was blowing warm when I took off from a stop. My service writer (Robert) was awesome, I didn't have an a I took my 2007 trailblazer in because the A/C was blowing warm when I took off from a stop. My service writer (Robert) was awesome, I didn't have an appointment, he told me that they were booked, but would squeeze me in to get me taken care of, I really appreciated that. I had a warranty through a third party company, and for some reason, they didn't cover what was wrong with my vehicle (bad clutch fan and thermostat), he then proceeded to talk to his service manager and explained what was going on. I am on a tight budget and couldn't afford the expensive repairs, they helped me out by doing what they could on price, I couldn't thank them enough because they really helped me out when I was in bind. I really respect the Service Management and Department at this location? (Sands Chevrolet in Surprise), they saw I was stuck in a situation and besides saying sorry we can't help you, they did anything and everything they could to help me. I really want to thank the Service Manager (Dereck) and Service Writer (Robert) for really helping me out that day. I won't go anywhere else now, this is my location for repairs on my Chevy's for a long time. More

Over charged for an oil change My 24 year old took my vehicle in for an oil change. Had a $50 coupon to use toward the oil change. When it came time to pay the bill, they said they My 24 year old took my vehicle in for an oil change. Had a $50 coupon to use toward the oil change. When it came time to pay the bill, they said they applied another coupon and still charged $35. It doesn't cost $85 for an oil change. After the car got home and I found out about the charge, I went back to get a full refund. It appears they were trying to take advantage of a young adult who isn't familiar with the games auto dealers play! I will be sure to teach him better before he goes to buy a vehicle from an auto dealer so he knows the games auto dealers play on inexperienced individuals. The women behind the billing counter were the ones that over changed. When discussed with Michael Jajou over the phone, he was very rude. Did not have a problem with Robert Wolf. More

Disappointed After picking up my car I heard a noise under the hood. My husband opened the hood and the cover to the air cabin filter had not been put back on and After picking up my car I heard a noise under the hood. My husband opened the hood and the cover to the air cabin filter had not been put back on and the hood was shut on it and broke it into pieces. I called the next day and spoke with a manager was told to come back in I did but the service man wasn't there that day so another gentle took my name and said it would be ordered. I called 2 days later because no one called me I spoke with my service guy and no one left him a note or anything just the broken parts on his desk. My part was finally ordered. Also a front end element was done but now my car pulls to one side horribly when it didn't do that before. Very disappointed with my service this time. Robert was always very friendly , just not happy with the final results. More
