Best car buying experience I could have hoped for. He worked with me really well always communicated effectively and made the process simple. 10/10 would recommend I will be coming back. This was such a great experience. It was EASY and stress free! There were no ridiculous sales tactics, no high pressure managers following us around, and no hidden “$800 clear coats” It was EASY and stress free! There were no ridiculous sales tactics, no high pressure managers following us around, and no hidden “$800 clear coats” on the final purchase order. We walked in, Rob showed us the Infiniti we were interested in, and they let us to take it overnight for a fully refundable $200 deposit. It was so nice not feeling like we had to make a decision on the spot. We were able to get insurance quotes, familiarize ourselves with the car, and make an informed, comfortable decision. Rob was so wonderful to work with. He even brought the final paperwork to us. I would highly recommend him - and this dealership - to anyone looking for a vehicle!! Thank you! More
