The dealership had my vehicle due to a problem with something draining the battery. After updating several modules and retesting the electrical system the vehicle is running fine. A loaner was provided something draining the battery. After updating several modules and retesting the electrical system the vehicle is running fine. A loaner was provided at that time. Communication with Roberto at Gordie Boucher and Robert from Ford Headquarters was outstanding. Very satisfied with the overall experience. More
