A week or so after we bought a truck, Cory from the service department called me and said there was something they forgot to do before we took the truck. He said they needed to plug into the OBD connec service department called me and said there was something they forgot to do before we took the truck. He said they needed to plug into the OBD connector and do something real quick. I told him I wasn't sure when we would be back to Albuquerque. The following weekend my son wanted to look at a car at another dealership across the street from Reliable, so we figured we'd go with him, and take the truck by Reliable to let them do the thing they forgot. My wife called from across the street and Cord answered. She explained what Cory had told me. She was told Cory wasn't there, but they would call him. After a brief hold, Cord came back on and told her that he had called Cory, and Cory told him he didn't recall anything about this or even calling me. SO we went home. About a week later I once again got a call from Cory asking me when we might be able to come down. I explained to him that we were down in Albuquerque and my wife had called, and I told him what my wife had been told on the phone. Cory told me that he indeed wasn't at work that day, but told me that nobody called him and they still needed to plug into the OBD on the truck. He told me he would find out what happened with my wife's phone call and get back to me on Friday (this was Tuesday I believe). He never called me back, so I called again the following week and Cord told me that Cory was in a meeting but he would have him call me, or he would call me back himself with an explanation of what was going on. I have not yet received a call back. Someone (or both) are lying and it makes me regret ever doing business with Reliable Chevrolet. I still don't know if the truck needs to be scanned (Cory told me it was to initiate the manufacturer warranty) and I have no idea who all is lying to me or what is going on. I severely doubt the integrity of this business and it's employees. More
