The worst experience with a dealership. I found a SUV on their lot that I was interested in but had concerns about the findings on the Carfax. The sales rep. downplayed my concerns. He insisted I needed to give them a down-payment to hold the vehicle. I gave them $1000. At no time was I informed my money was non-refundable. After consulting 2 mechanics, I chose to go to another dealership and I bought a new SUV to alleviate the possibility of problems with a used vehicle. I went back to Reliable to retrieve my down payment and was told they were keeping it. The manager who informed of this was rude and .condescending. He treated me with such distain. They scammed this 70 year old woman out of her hard earned money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! These people are shady, unethical and money hungry!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHOULD ANYONE BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM! More
