Started my process with Internet sales Jesse Israel who made my wife and me feel welcomed from the start. We were then introduced to our sales rep. who ended up being Roberto Sanchez. Roberto made the whol made my wife and me feel welcomed from the start. We were then introduced to our sales rep. who ended up being Roberto Sanchez. Roberto made the whole buying process feel hassle free. My wife and I, came in and explained that we were trading in a 2020 HR-V, and were very interested in the 2024 Accord Touring. Roberto worked with the finance department to get us the best deal that we felt comfortable with. The trade-in process was super easy as well. We got the vehicle we wanted and the process was easy once again. This is our third honda from Honda of DTLA and we plan to continue our nusiness here. More

I bought the car last month it had some scratches on body and Rim. We talked to the sales Guy name Roberto Sanchez and he said he will fix those. We were trading our car so we were all agreed that we will ke and Rim. We talked to the sales Guy name Roberto Sanchez and he said he will fix those. We were trading our car so we were all agreed that we will keep our car until this one get fixed. Roberto agreed to this. While we were signing the paperwork Roberto came to us saying his manager said we can’t let you guys take the car that you are trading. He said they will setup an appointment tomorrow and we can come back here and they will fix the car in few hours. We agreed to this and after the paperwork we took the car and went home. Next day nobody called me for making an appointment. I called them multiple times and I was being told they are busy. Anyways after 3 days waiting and calling multiple times someone from dealership called me saying that they will make appointment for Saturday and said if the car doesn’t fix in same day they will provide loaner or rental. I said ok. We went to the dealership on day that we had appointment. They said they can’t fix in a day and need 3-4 days and they won’t give any loaner or rental because we don’t have this in written. I told the sales manager that why don’t you ask your staff members what they promised us. After arguing with him for few minutes he said he will only cover for 2 day rental and rest we will have to pay for that. In the end they kept the car from Saturday to Tuesday so other 2 days I had to pay. They haven’t kept their promise and lied about it all the time in this process. The sales manager(Roberto’s Boss) is a jerk doesn’t know how to talk to people. I won’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We knew exactly what car we were looking for and exactly what price and we went in on Black Friday to purchase it. We came in hesitant since we did try making an appointment, pre qualifying for finance and what price and we went in on Black Friday to purchase it. We came in hesitant since we did try making an appointment, pre qualifying for finance and even emailed more than 1 sales person and didn’t receive a response, but this dealership had what we wanted to get so we went. We are glad that by chance Robert was our salesperson. Robert was patient, respectful and not pushy. Poor guy had to go to all of their lots trying to find the car and the keys and did so while still being very cool about it. It is because of his service and kind demeanor that put our hesitancy about this dealership aside and made it a good experience. We’d definitely recommend him and this dealership to others. More
