Sales representative was great, really only sales rep (in the area) that actually listened when I said I worked nights & to email me only! Financing-not so great. Financing staff was great - they didn’t really have a lot of choices that they could work with. I can understand, kinda, why you won’t take a draft from a bank but don’t really understand why you can’t encrypt it enough to be able to or be able to get better interest rates - especially for someone with a high credit score. Honestly, this is the first dealership I have ever dealt with that had this particular problem. I had previously bought from VW, Acura, Hyundai & Ford. More

They need to quit lying about the financing of the car. A customer should be able to pay cash for a car and not be forced into financing the car.
