I rarely review any establishment, but I felt it was warranted in this case because my experience was excellent. I was in the market for a new car and knew what I wanted. I knew the price, the model warranted in this case because my experience was excellent. I was in the market for a new car and knew what I wanted. I knew the price, the model and I was going to multiple dealerships with this information. Some of these dealerships came back with deals that were way off-base. When I got to Mac Haik, I met with Robin Mayberry a sales rep who was courteous, concise and quick to help me find a deal that fit my parameters. I've never met a dealership rep with her composure and kindness. I highly recommend her to anyone shopping for a new vehicle as she made it her mission to make the purchase as efficient and painless as possible. I would absolutely use her again for future car purchases and am incredibly happy that I made the trip to Mac Haik. More
