Excellent customer service at this location. Robin, my service advisor, kept me informed at all times of my vehicles maintenance and progress, and answered all of my questions. She was very kind, professional, and detailed during my visit. Ms. Grace was also very helpful and kind, and I also appreciate the comfort and cleanliness of the waiting area. I would highly recommend this establishment for your Lexus servicing needs. Even though I didn’t meet the mechanics or the auto detailers, a big shot out to them as well for doing such a great job on my vehicle and giving it back to me better than how I brought it in! I went there to have my breaks checked out because they were soft. The Service manager and the machanic told me that my real breaks had to be changed ..Now i get the car in 2022 it only had 22,000 miles I were soft. The Service manager and the machanic told me that my real breaks had to be changed ..Now i get the car in 2022 it only had 22,000 miles I had to Pay 850.00 to get Fix befor in can say NO the mechanic told me he had all the off the car already .. and I could Not say NO to haveing some one else to fix my CAR ..This Is why the Labor cost was over $400.00... More
