The reservation was so smooth and easy with Robin Wolff, and Kim Douglas, all the way until my my GV70 arrived and throughout the purchase at Pensacola, FL Genesis dealership. Vince made the completing portion very simple and explained everything I had questions about. I do not regret this decision at all. I’ve saw many bad reviews about peoples experiences with purchasing theirs, but I can honestly say, I had a great experience, and customer service has been amazing. I have a 2015 Hyundai Genesis that I take for services there also and the service department is hands down amazing. I really hate leaving this dealership behind when I PCS from Pensacola, FL because I know this customer service does not happen everywhere. I would give 10 stars if I could. I definitely recommend.
