Robin Wolff greeted us as soon as we were walking up. She was very friendly, helpful and had an answer for all my questions. She made me feel at ease and not pressured in any way. I’ve always heard how car salesmen try to pressure you this and that but Robin was the complete opposite. I’m so thankful she helped me out and got me into my brand new Elantra :) She was very patient with me considering how late it was when we finally finished. I love my new car! More

Outstanding experience, thank you Robin! Historically dealing with car dealers is not something I enjoy. However, Robin has changed that feeling for me on our latest car purchase for our son Historically dealing with car dealers is not something I enjoy. However, Robin has changed that feeling for me on our latest car purchase for our son. I cold called the dealership with a number that I was willing to pay for the car and to my surprise not only did they match the number I was willing to pay but they came in even lower, that’s a first for me. I have dealt with sale people before who I felt didn’t know their product as well as they should. Robin knew this car inside and out which furthered my confidence in her. I gave the dealership free reign to solicit a fair financing deal never thinking they could do better for me than my own bank of 30 years could. I was pleasantly surprised again when they secured a financing deal a half percent better than my own bank. Lastly, when we decided on the exact car we were purchasing we were walking out of the dealership in 1.5 hours with the deal complete and keys in hand. Overall it was a great experience and left me impressed and feeling good about the deal and the dealership and admittedly I am typically not easily impressed. More
