She went over every detail of the car inside and out. I left there that day feeling very educated about the vehicle. I was not ready to buy that day as I had just started car shopping. Robin called me for a follow up on a couple occasions, but she was never pushy. She contacted me when she knew the inventory of what I wanted was getting low.
