My temporary plate expired today! ! Still no real plate! Thanks to the lazy or incompetent guy who did my paperwork!! Ive made numerous calls to the bank and trips to the dmv and they ! When the dmv calls me! Lol More

I had a wonderful experience, being a first time car buyer, Robyn was awesome explained everything in clear detail, and helped me understand anything I had questions. She was determined to help me find buyer, Robyn was awesome explained everything in clear detail, and helped me understand anything I had questions. She was determined to help me find my dream car and hit the bullseye. Got me everything I could ask for and more, she was the best help I could ask for. From the moment I thought I wouldn’t get approved and got upset, she stayed positives and made it happen. I’d work with her anyday again and recommended her to anyone who’s asked. We walked into the dealership on Saturday and found the car we wanted. Jalen Moore, the general manager, was professional but direct while trying to work out a deal, even though it didn’t come together tha car we wanted. A few days later, the dealership called us back to see if we were still interested, so we scheduled a 6:00 PM appointment for Tuesday after a full day of work. Our salesperson, Robyn, was incredible. She was patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. Unfortunately, everything went downhill the moment Justin Pues, the general sales manager, entered the conversation. He didn’t bother to introduce himself and immediately came off as rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. His tone was condescending and aggressive. He actually told us we had “nagged him enough,” that he was “losing money,” and that we had “taken plenty of his time.” It was shocking to be spoken to that way by someone in management. He made it clear he didn’t care about customer service, only about rushing home because it was 40 minutes past closing. We were told we had to “make a deal now” or lose the offer, even though we showed up on time for an appointment they scheduled. The pressure, disrespect, and attitude were completely unacceptable. It’s truly disappointing that one person’s behavior could ruin what started as a great experience. Robyn was fantastic, but Justin’s unprofessionalism and rudeness made it impossible for us to feel comfortable doing business here. More
