When bringing in our vehicle at the agreed upon appointment time no one said a word as we walked into the service side of the dealership. There were at least 4 employees who just looked up and didn appointment time no one said a word as we walked into the service side of the dealership. There were at least 4 employees who just looked up and didn’t say a word, no other customers. We then had to initiate the conversation and let them know we were dropping our vehicle organs only then did employees reluctantly helped. When we were finally told the the cost of repairs we declined. When we went to pick up the car we noticed that the car smelled like cigarette smoke- we don’t smoke and when we mentioned that to the employee we were paying for the diagnostic check they said they could clean it if we wanted. Not sure why you would allow employees to smoke while working on people’s vehicles but it’s not my business. Our experience confirmed that we will NEVER take our business back to your store and honestly it’s convinced us that we never want to purchase Hyundai vehicles again. I am active duty military and I believe this all took place on Veterans Day, not that it matters but your organization might want to do a better job at the way they treat customers. More

I went in for a oil change and a fill up on my fluids and they only did the oil change. They did not fill my windshield wiper fluid or anything else. They also completely trashed my car. There was dirt and m they only did the oil change. They did not fill my windshield wiper fluid or anything else. They also completely trashed my car. There was dirt and mud and grease all over my drivers side. And to finish it all off they drove my car around for over 20 miles and left me with 3 miles on my car until empty. Completely dissatisfied with their horrible customer service. Make the drive to the new port richey location. They clean your car and are super helpful and kind! Dont go to the brandon location. More
