Ms. Rouchelle White was my salesperson, I have never had such a pleasureable buying experience, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, personable, great follow-up after the sale. She was consistent from th such a pleasureable buying experience, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, personable, great follow-up after the sale. She was consistent from the beginning of the sale, delivery, explaining of the vehicle all with an enthusiam that I haven't observed in a salesperson before. I felt like a person and not just a sale! Yes I am a repeat buyer but my first time @ Les Standford. I brought my vehicle in for service Oct. 19, 2011, not only did Ms. White remember my name which impressed me(a year later) she asked not only about the family but if I was happy with our Escalade. I told her I was in for a tire rotation and oil change, with a big smile she said OK! When I returned to pick up my vehicle Ms. White had extended a courtesy to me, a first for me by a salesperson that met and remembered me after the sale! We also service our SRX at Les Standford and will be bringing our Corvette also, thanks to the impression that Ms. White made and how she made me feel as a person! Sincerely, Edward Gaston More

Out of 35 years of buying and leasing cars, trucks and conversion vans this was the fastest and easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. Rochell White was personable, factual and professional. I really appreciated the fact that Ms. White was able to present all my options (vechiles, colors/interior & exterior & financing) to us right at her desk without having to get up and go to the finance department or manager everytime I inquired about different payment options and/or terms. Normally car shopping is an all day experince, but at Les Stanford we were in and out within 3 hours. I had selected my vechile, the colors inside and outside and my finance package.
