We had great experience dealing with Rocio and her sales manager. Both of them were nice. Rocio was very nice to us from the beginning of the transaction to the day we pick up the car. She is very easy t manager. Both of them were nice. Rocio was very nice to us from the beginning of the transaction to the day we pick up the car. She is very easy to deal with, reasonable and patience. In contrast, the finance manager, Claude B., was not a person that I would want to interact with again in the future, if I ever have a chance to go through this dealer again. He was impolite, repeatedly showed attitude when we declined to add additional service contract and give un-consent contact information of our friends. Rocio, THANK YOU!! More
