We stopped to inquire about purchasing a Ford Escape and actually purchased a Ford Taurus! We did not think the Taurus would fit our budget or the "step-up" we were looking for. "Step-up" is the term I am actually purchased a Ford Taurus! We did not think the Taurus would fit our budget or the "step-up" we were looking for. "Step-up" is the term I am using to describe the higher street level we now need to enter and exit the car. The extra height was what we were seeking without climbing into the car. Rocky Bodzer suggested the Taurus as a consideration to meeting what we were looking for in a new car. He was Sooo right! We are very pleased with the car, it is everything and more than what we thought we could purchase. The actual sales process was smooth and explained in detail. Rocky answered all the questions we had, even the same questions that were asked two or three times. Every person we encountered at the dealership was pleasant, professional and courtesy. I do not remember Joanne's last name and did not see her listed above but she also did a very good job of processing the sales. Definitely left the dealership satisfied with the experience. More

I am a "price guy". I checked 20 dealers in 3 states. Kenny Ross Ford South beat all others. I bought myself an Escape and after rechecking again a few months later I bought my wife a Fusion. states. From the first time I walked onto the lot at Kenny Ross Ford South, salesman Rocky Bodzer wanted to help me with my questions about a 2012 F150. After talking to Rocky I realized that ordering a truck was Ford South, salesman Rocky Bodzer wanted to help me with my questions about a 2012 F150. After talking to Rocky I realized that ordering a truck was my best option because of the options that I wanted on the truck. I negotiated with Rocky and the help of Chris Poliziani the Sales Manager to get what I thought was a very fair deal for the new truck and the trade. After the new truck arrived I went to the dealership to take delivery of the 2012 F150 I had ordered. The whole process from negotiating a price, ordering and then financing was great. Chris made sure that I received all of the incentives and coupons that were available. Rocky called me at home a couple of days later just to make sure that I didn’t have any problems and also sent me a thank you letter in the mail.
