We then had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the Sales Manager, who quickly and effortlessly brought the monthly payment down to an amount that we were comfortable with. We stopped to inquire about purchasing a Ford Escape and actually purchased a Ford Taurus! We did not think the Taurus would fit our budget or the "step-up" we were looking for. "Step-up" is the term I am actually purchased a Ford Taurus! We did not think the Taurus would fit our budget or the "step-up" we were looking for. "Step-up" is the term I am using to describe the higher street level we now need to enter and exit the car. The extra height was what we were seeking without climbing into the car. Rocky Bodzer suggested the Taurus as a consideration to meeting what we were looking for in a new car. He was Sooo right! We are very pleased with the car, it is everything and more than what we thought we could purchase. The actual sales process was smooth and explained in detail. Rocky answered all the questions we had, even the same questions that were asked two or three times. Every person we encountered at the dealership was pleasant, professional and courtesy. I do not remember Joanne's last name and did not see her listed above but she also did a very good job of processing the sales. Definitely left the dealership satisfied with the experience. More
