I had moved to purchasing pre-owned Cadillac's since the mid 90s. I was in the market for a smaller more economical vehicle now that I am retired and was looking at AWD/4WD vehicles. After researching the different small SUVs I decided on the Ford Escape AWD SE 1.6 Turbo. I stopped in just to look one over and take a test drive. Ended up leaving the dealer ship with a new Escape. Rocky Bodzer was my sales man and was very patient as I test drove the 1.6 and 2.0 Escape Turbos. He also worked with me to get the model that had all the options I wanted. There were also a number of different purchase discounts he provided that help reduce the cost of the purchase. I Have not yet needed service so I can not comment on the service department. I did purchase the extended warranty and protection packages and the appoint for the protection packages was performed within the first week after purchase. Rocky was pleasant to work with and I would recommend him to other prospective buyers. More
