Not satisfied 2 new batteries in 3 years! Was charged $90.00 for one yesterday. Paid 30000 for a car with batteries that don't last. My safety is important to m 2 new batteries in 3 years! I have been doing business with Jenkins Hyundai Ocala for almost 10 years . They have always treated me with upmost respect as if I’m their only customer. good had an issue but solved service was good but only one problem. I rec'd an email for 1st 1000 mile oil change with a price & scheduled the appt. I also confirmed the price. service was good but only one problem. I rec'd an email for 1st 1000 mile oil change with a price & scheduled the appt. I also confirmed the price. on the appt date was given 3x the amount. At first gave a song & dance and still wanted to overcharge me.. I came from a distance so just said fine. but it bothered me still. I would of went locally instead of taking the drive especially for that price. I Re-approached and showed the email with the price and they finally honored it but overall the service was friendly & good. More
