Our First Truck!!!! We found our truck online and called the dealership to see if the truck was available. I ended up speaking with Rocky who told me the vehicle would be there until we arrived later that afternoon. We got to the dealership and Rocky greeted us at the door. He showed us to the vehicle and made us feel comfortable. He gave us his expert opinion on the vehicle and we test drove it. When we arrived back to the dealership to talk numbers he was very patient with us as the NADA value he had was a lot higher than the NADA value of our financing organization. Once we figured out the difference and looked at the truck again we signed paperwork and Rocky thoroughly went over the paperwork with us despite being late to another obligation. During the entire process we never felt rushed, we were treated with respect, and the overall experience was pleasing. Once we left the dealership we noticed a couple of issues with the vehicle the next day. I expressed those concerns and immediately Rocky told me the dealership would fix them and the bill was "on the house." We were able to schedule an appointment for maintenance within 24hrs and our vehicle was serviced the very next day. The level of professionalism that was shown throughout the entire process was unbeatable. Rocky was well versed on our truck of choice and the deal was pretty quick. We were able to purchase our first truck for a really good price and we couldn't be happier to have done business with CBS Quality Cars in Roxboro.
