We had a wonderful experience dealing with Rod Anderson of Tom's Ford. Living three and a half hours away in Connecticut, we did virtually the entire transaction over the phone or via email. While this is obviously not the norm for most people, we mention it only to point out the professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness of the customer service you receive even if you are not right there on the showroom floor. We negotiated a very competitive price for the car, as well as for our trade-in. When we arrived to pick up our new Fusion Sport, Rod was waiting for us with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. With the able assistance of Business Manager Scott Nusbaum, the paperwork to close the deal proceeded smoothly and efficiently. The service department did a great job prepping the car and had it ready to go at the agreed upon time. As we were leaving the dealership to head back to Connecticut, Rod asked us to stop by if we were in the area again in the future and you could tell he wasn't just saying it; he really meant it. Overall, we were very impressed with Rod Anderson and the entire team at Tom's Ford which made for an excellent new car buying experience. We highly recommend Tom's Ford. More

Our first interaction with Tom's Ford was with online sales rep Charlie, who started our experience on the right foot. With great communication and follow up, he connected us with Rod Anderson. Our on site visit with Rod was refreshingly comfortable, unlike several other dealers we had visited over the past few weeks/months. We felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. Rod was real and didn't use any tired sales tactics, pressure, or lines. Rod made it possible to relax and he made what can often be a stressful process, an enjoyable process. He made the process easy. We love Ford vehicles and we left feeling that we stumbled upon a great dealership with a unique approach to customer care and relationships. We not only had a good experience, but enjoyed our conversations with Rod. He is terrific and we will absolutely recommend him to any of our friends or family memebers. Rod, Scott, and their teams went above and beyond to get us into our new car, finding the vehicle at another dealer, and waiting for us when we were stuck in Garden State Parkway traffic to get there after closing time on a Friday night to pick it up.
