We have leased our last 2 truck from Tom's Ford and have been very pleased with them. Our Salesperson Rodd Anderson has helpped us everytime. To Whom It May Concern, I had an excellent experience with Rod Anderson at Tom's Ford/Lincoln. It was a relatively quick and painless experience. Rod was very professional and informative. He understood clearly what I wanted at the onset, and was able to locate the best deal for me. The MKX I selected was not available at the time, and had to be ordered. Rod kept me updated continuously, and provided as much info as was available along the way, so that my insurance could be ready once the MKX arrived at the dealer. He was always available for any questions I had, and responded promptly. Once my MKX arrived, and we scheduled my pick-up, I brought my kids with me. Rod was very friendly towards them and made them feel very comfortable. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire experience. I am sorry that I did not know about Tom's Ford/Lincoln when I got my first MKX in 2008 from Freehold Lincoln. I am now committed to Rod at Tom's for at least the next 3 years, and hopefully can continue with a Lincoln after that (just don't raise the price too much). Thanks, Leslie Winick More

My boyfriend recently purchased a truck from another Ford dealership, and after witnessing his experiences with sales and service, I was skeptical. Tom's Ford and their wonderful staff put my fears to rest. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. My salesperson Rod Anderson was amazing! He was very friendly and it was easy to tell after speaking with him for a minute that he is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about the vehicles he sells. He is patient and understanding and tries to find the best deal for your situation. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I am very grateful for all of the work he did to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. He worked with me on my different financial options and was able to find something in my price range without having to sacrifice quality. The service and parts department was also a pleasure to work with. After my boyfriend brought his truck back to the dealership he bought it from three times, I convinced him to try bringing it to Tom's Ford, and he's glad he did. The service and parts employees were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made every transaction and service as smooth as possible. Without a doubt, I would recommend Tom's Ford to anyone who is looking to buy or have their vehicle serviced. More

Tom's Ford is great. Our salesperson, Rod, was the best. Never any pressure to buy throughout the entire process. He listened to my needs and pointed out features that would be beneficial to me. Rather, he said he would be waiting and willing to help if I came back to purchase a Ford.
