I spent almost $2500 on brakes and exhaust system and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth out of the repairs Rod was very thorough when explaining what all was needed. Back in November 2022 our 2 year old vehicle blew the motor. While Hyundai and not Elhart is to blame for that when we had it towed in to get it looked at the customer service was absolutely horrible. We motor. We needed to get a loaner vehicle figured out so my wife could get to and from work. When we went in to the Hyundai side of the dealership nobody including the managers could be bothered to look up from their phones for more than a few seconds to even try to help. They sounded annoyed they we were there and just told us what they thought we wanted to hear to get us to leave. Michelle in the rental department who was in on her day off was the only person that was honest with us about what to expect with this whole ordeal. The service department wasn’t any better and we ended up have to take time off work to go in and get it figured out. I spend almost an hour on the phone with the service manager and all he would do is say they can’t do anything and try to get me off the phone. Only after I wouldn’t just take no for an answers they finally were able to get a loaner car figured out. They said that the new motor wouldn’t be in until the middle of January which again isn’t fault of Elhart but when the middle of January came around I left at least one if not a couple voicemails everyday for two weeks and never got a call back. It wasn’t until a few weeks and more annoyed voicemails later that I finally got a call back that they don’t know when the motor will be in. Which is a Hyundai problem not an Elhart problem. When the motor did finally come in almost 5 months after the original issue it only took three days to get the car back. After this experience I will never get another car from or have anything to do with Elhart Auto Campus. I will take the car an extra 45 minutes to Grand Rapids to get any work done on it. More

On Monday, February 27 and Tuesday February 28, we had service done, as well as had the ceramic coating and interior cleaning process done, on our 2020 Palisade. We worked, personally with Junior and Car service done, as well as had the ceramic coating and interior cleaning process done, on our 2020 Palisade. We worked, personally with Junior and Caryn de la Rosa on setting this up. They had even provided us with a loaner car, for when our vehicle was unavailable to us for those days. Both Junior and Caryn did an outstanding job coordinating and taking care of us during this experience. We have worked with Caryn and Junior in past, for leases, and with our recent purchase of this Palisade. We truly love this vehicle and love Junior and Caryn. They always make us feel like family, and always go out of their way to help us with any questions we may have. I can't thank them both enough for what they have done for us, and the Elhart Campus really has two outstanding employees and individuals. Thank you all so much. More
