After buying my car brand new from this dealership and servicing it faithfully for 11 years with you, I guess I'm done. You were unable to help me find the part other than a $400 "no-guarantee it works an servicing it faithfully for 11 years with you, I guess I'm done. You were unable to help me find the part other than a $400 "no-guarantee it works and no money back" second-hand part and, after that, basically not interested in helping. I got the part locally the next day with a 90 day guarantee. My car was fixed 24 hours later. The difference in how I was treated this time to previous visits was noticeable. It was the first time I have needed work done on my car other than a service and you were polite but disinterested and clearly no longer interested in my business or future business. More

Our scheduled appointment was on time and our service rep warmly welcomed us when we brought the car in. He reviewed the planned service and then called us when the car was finished.
