The initial Sales process was seamless and professional—thanks to the dedication of the entire team, including Ben, Gil, and Michael. The paperwork and financing with Ann was fast and transparent. Most recently, the Service department, led Assistant Service Manager Kaitlyn, proved to be truly outstanding. She handled my K5 vibration issue with effortless professionalism, providing proactive updates without being prompted. She treated a subtle concern seriously, moved quickly, and ensured I felt taken care of from start to finish. Kaitlyn's level of care sets the benchmark for service excellence. More
