Horrible experience first off dealership will not stand behind the pricing advertised on their website not even the discounts listed as dealer discount. Finance was horrible on warranty it’s an all or non behind the pricing advertised on their website not even the discounts listed as dealer discount. Finance was horrible on warranty it’s an all or none must take maintenance extended and wheel and tire all can not be purchased separately and must be purchased at time of sale only. I have never seen this in all the years I have purchased vehicles. We never even got a copy of the sales contract we are having to call the dealership this morning for that. The manager on Saturday night was a real jerk. Don’t believe a word they tell you because they have no idea what they’re talking about. I’m going to call customer support this morning to discuss this dealership as they are a real black eye for Ram. This dealership needs help badly. More

Absolutely horrible! If you wanna get ripped off this is the place to go too. Roderrick Lilly was the salesman involved. Their online price for the car I was wanting to buy was 51,237, the minute he saw my yearly salary he began to “work” the numbers. All of a sudden the price of the car shot up to 63k and some change. When I asked about the price increase I was told that I did not qualify for the dealer discounts. I had two other people approach me with every number but what was being advertised on their own dealer page. Not only that, but the minute my brother walked away he began to ask me if that was my “man” and then proceeded to tell me he was single and asked if he could “stay in touch.” Just so unprofessional! Will NEVER go back! I took my down payment to Moritz and found a great salesman that NEVER disrespected or tried to rip me off. More
