We always have some issue with our local CDJR dealer, not to mention it takes them hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Emily was great , but right rear lugs were not tight tightened when rotating tires , and after driving off , wheel almost fell off. They did come to me to fix the problem, but could have been a major is tightened when rotating tires , and after driving off , wheel almost fell off.
