While Carrie Lackey did her best, there is too much gaming and dishonesty around her. Rodger Hubley is the Service manager, and it was his involvement that got my service done, his ignoring of my follo gaming and dishonesty around her. Rodger Hubley is the Service manager, and it was his involvement that got my service done, his ignoring of my follow-up is why I am including him in this extremely negative review. First, beginning with the initial intake and diagnosing of my vehicles overheating problem. As a mechanic in the past, the troubleshooting methodology for overheating was simple, but logical: Check the fluid level, then the hoses, if there is leakage, then the thermostat, the water pump, the radiator cap, and then the radiator. I told the advisor that the water pump and thermostat were newly replaced, and the hoses were inspected and OK'd. So, the logical next step would be the radiator. That unit went practically ignored for two weeks! After the first week of parts swapping new parts for other new parts, and throwing in an oil cooler for good measure, I went to pick up the car with a tab of $2633.84. I then drove 5 miles, and the vehicle was running hot, and had to be towed back to the dealership. This was on Friday July 18, 2025. After 5 more frustrating days of, "It ran hot again", Mr. Hubley was drawn in and found the issue was..., the radiator. He, then, ordered a radiator, had it installed, problem solved. I got my car back on July 31, 2025. Three weeks! When the vehicle was delivered, I was given a complete invoice totaling $1856.50. I contacted the GM's assistant who forwarded me to Mr. Hubley's voice mail. I am trying to reconcile the $777 difference in what I paid and what repaired my car, but I have heard nothing from him, from them, about this. But I am not finished. So, yeah, in spite of the glorious 5-Star reviews I see on this page, I gave them 1 star because I could not give them none! More
