My vehicle got service with George Moore Chevrolet and couple months ago. After completing the service they said the following 4 recommendations are needed est mileage 65730: Jb throttle body service F couple months ago. After completing the service they said the following 4 recommendations are needed est mileage 65730: Jb throttle body service Fuel/Emission service Belt concern Service rear diff So as the days go by I decided to schedule an appointment to get the fuel /Emission service when I called a lady answered and I told her I was told that the fuel/Emission needed to get serviced and that it was a recommendation. Not sure why I saw a deer in the head lights when I spoke with her smh. The information is in the computer under my credentials why is it that you cant see what im talking about. Trust me I by no way shape or form made this up smh so she said she would have an advisor call me by the name of Josh. I waited the rest of the day for that call and didnt get any!!! I was highly xxxxxx off because of that. So I had to drive across the bridge to make an appointment. Fast forward to the appointment date 6 July 2026. Dropped my vehicle off early for a 10 am appointment. I had to call back because im guessing the assigned advisor was to busy to give a customer a courtesy call about a vehicle in there shop smh. To me thats bad Customer service, I nor anyone else shouldn't have to call for an update about a vehicle. Anyways when I called I finally got the advisor and he hit me with a text book answer... "we got swamped with vehicles" I dont care how many vehicles the dealership is swamped with. I scheduled an appointment to get a job done. When I am forced to call for an update the last thing I want to hear is yall got swamped or the technician was occupied with another job so he/she didnt start on my vehicle on time. If a paying customer schedule an appointment time we expect our vehicles to get started on time so it can be returned in a timely manner. Now that the fuel service is complete they added additional recommendations to the list which I find is ridiculous!! Tell me all the recommendations so that way I can start getting them done. So from 65,730 miles to 67,032 miles the throttle body was removed/disappeared and the front diff and transfer case was added!! So 1,302 miles later I got 2 more recommendations added out of the blue! More

An oil change should not take 2 hours. They didn't reset the computer so I am still receiving service reminders and the Chevy app says I am at less than 10% oil life. They want me to "bring it back by" so they can fix it as if I didn't already take time off from work for the initial oil change. And their oil changes are expensive! More

Brought the car to the shop and was told the car needed a new battery and starter. Fortunately, the battery was still under warranty at Sam’s Club so I didn’t have to purchase another one. I really appreciat new battery and starter. Fortunately, the battery was still under warranty at Sam’s Club so I didn’t have to purchase another one. I really appreciate the fact that the dealership was willing to put in the battery despite the fact that I purchased it elsewhere. Thanks again More

It was an easy visit. Rodney was pretty thorough in explaining everything going on with my car.
