I highly recommend Pat Lobb’s Toyota of McKinney dealership. I have been using them since 2013 for maintenance on my Scion xB. Love their service department. Rodney Bradley took care of me from start to finish and is an asset and ambassador for your dealership, also after dealing with Andres in finance and matt in the management dept I knew I had stepped in the right place. Although I informed Rodney first off that I would not be trading in a vehicle and would be using outside financing I was treated fairly like any other customer. There are NO over aggressive sales tactics, games or mysterious charges at the end of sale played here from what I experienced. After dealing with 4 horrible Dishonest dealerships before arriving here I can honestly say this is one one of the few honest dealerships left in texas, vote with your dollar and do business with places like Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney or those few honest fair dealerships such as this one may not be around to give you a better alternative to the horrible experience one gets at a typical dealership. The prices on new and used vehicles here were priced low to move quickly, I can see why the lot inside and out was packed with customers the saturday I went. I normally hate car shopping every few years but would come back here to buy new or used and wouldn’t hesitate to send a friend or family member here, thanks for doing the simplest thing any dealership could do, selling a great vehicle at a great price, Thanks guys for a great no stress laid back buying experience.
