Rodney Bradley and the whole team were great. I went in to look at the RAV4 while my Camry was being serviced, and walked out with a 2021 RAV4. Rodney made sure to show me what I was interested in and tell to look at the RAV4 while my Camry was being serviced, and walked out with a 2021 RAV4. Rodney made sure to show me what I was interested in and tell me all of the features offered. There was a misunderstanding with the interest rate and the team did everything they could to be sure I was happy with the payment, terms, and interest rate so that I could leave with a new vehicle knowing I got a good deal and was listened to. I personally had a great buying experience at Patt Lobb Toyota on 9/7/2020. Rodney Bradley met me as I walked up to the showroom and he took tremendous care of me until I left the showroom with my new pick Toyota on 9/7/2020. Rodney Bradley met me as I walked up to the showroom and he took tremendous care of me until I left the showroom with my new pick up. His approach was practical, detailed and to the point. He did not try to rush or push me through the deal and that was important to me. He was consultative and knowledgeable and I felt like I got a very fair deal. I also felt like the service team did a great job making the paperwork process go very smoothly. Overall, these folks are really good at what they do and that was very evident to me. After finding the truck I wanted online I flew to Dallas to purchase it. Despite a snafu with the amplifier in the truck my experience was great dealing with McKinney Toyota. They have a few too many chefs in the kitchen in the sales managers that stay behind the glass box and pull the strings but the folks out on the sales floor go above and beyond. Ask for Rodney, he'll take care of you. He was able to track down the part that was taken out of my truck and ship it to me in Tennessee. More
