I am originaly from the St Joseph / Stevensville area . 1986 Lakeshore High School grad . Joined the United States Marine Corps served 4 Honorable years . Moved to Dowagiac in 1990 married my wife , we have 3 sons 22/24/28 and 2 Golden retrievers . Currently live in Niles Michigan since 2001 . Best part of the Car Business is taking care ofmy customers and making them Life long Friends , Smiles on their faces Servicing their vehicle needs before and after the sale . Been With C Wimberley Automotive Group basicly my entire 27 years in the car business with a short break from the business 13 years ago . I strive for Customer Satisfaction and have been for the last 8 of 10 years Level 3 which is top 3 Salesperson in our Dealer group and 1 -year Level 4 which is # 1 in the group . Not a happy customer Unfortunately, I never received the car I originally paid for a car with remote start already on it when the car was manufactured, took a month to get Unfortunately, I never received the car I originally paid for a car with remote start already on it when the car was manufactured, took a month to get an “off the market” remote start installed even though was told it wouldn’t be off the market, I ended up with two key fobs instead of one. After getting the remote start installed - I had nothing but problems with my panic going off whenever another vehicle started or got to close to my car. Was told it wasn’t the remote start that was causing the problems but was in fact told it was user error. 7 months into me owning the car my in-laws asked to have to remote start taken off which c wimberly did and then two weeks later finally called to see if I was having any issues with my vehicle. Installed a new remote start with fortunately no problems, however, c wimberly has lost my business. If I had the money I would have broke the lease I am in and would have turned away and never looked back. More
