My experience can be rated 0 for everything. No timely responses or communication with the customer. The fact that nobody tells you that if your advisor is off, nobody is going to touch your car No timely responses or communication with the customer. The fact that nobody tells you that if your advisor is off, nobody is going to touch your car. I had another advisor (Chris) on the phone telling me that the mechanic has been working on my car for 4 hours, but when I arrived at the dealership that same day I was told that my advisor ( Rodney), was off and nothing has been done just for that reason alone. I have not received any updates for several days after dropping my car off. I'm considering selling this car, but I'm not going to use your dealership for anything. I couldn't arrange transportation on time and had to miss 2 days of work just because I wasn't given a clear picture of what might have happened and what the rough time estimate could have been. Communication is a big issue at your place. I'm a single mom and this is my only method of transportation. No family nearby. This was my experience with Tamron Hyundai. Have a great day! More

The service department was extremely busy on this particular Saturday however Mr. Rodney did get someone to check out my car for the issue I was having with it. My car was checked out and I was advis particular Saturday however Mr. Rodney did get someone to check out my car for the issue I was having with it. My car was checked out and I was advised in about an hour of what was found and repair recommendation. More

They were ready for my car when I pulled up, they talked to me about the work to be done and the cost, and were very helpful and quick in getting me a ride back home and picking me up to bring me back to th to me about the work to be done and the cost, and were very helpful and quick in getting me a ride back home and picking me up to bring me back to the dealership.
