Brittany did an excellent job of finding one for us, succeding were many other dealers had failed due to thier rarity. Unfortunately, when we when to purchase the car we found that it just not as good as the 2016 Prius we have leased for the last three years. Brittany was so supportive and understanding. She helped us purchase our leased car, which we put a roof rack on and new mats to make new. Rodney and Michael were very helpful with the paperwork. I am very happy with my used car purchase, knowing how well it was cared for by the previous people who leased it (us.) More

From the first email to the last signing the customer service was excellent and professional. Simon was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We had been dealing with Durango Motor Company in Durango and quickly were fed up with the lack of care, concern, follow through and time frame to get things done. We were already much more impressed with our first experience with LH. We emailed them on a Thursday night and immediately received a call from Simon. Right away he got the ball rolling with what we were looking at (price, payment, model, color). Their selection was great. We got approved right away and found the most competitive rates out of all the others we were shopping. At this point, we had been promised an email 3 times from the dealership in Durango and still had not received it. Saturday afternoon we talked more with Simon and Rodney and decided to give our business to LH. We drove down Sunday morning, turned in a leased Rav4 (from Durango) and drove home in our new 4runner. LH Miller was a pleasure to work with, they were very competitive and really wanted us to leave happy and satisfied. A job well done and LH Miller comes highly recommended from our family. We still never received that email from the Durango dealership. We feel LH Miller went well above and beyond to provide us a great experience. It was well worth our time (7hrs round trip) and travel (300 miles round trip) to do business with a dealership who WANTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. This is our first ever brand new car and we love it.
